About Me
I am passionate about helping people work through life’s challenges and find their way to a place of healing and growth. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where you are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to listen, support, and guide you through whatever difficulties you might be facing.
I’m an Associate Professional Counselor and a National Board Certified Counselor. I received my master’s degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Georgia and my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Berry College.
I work with individuals aged 7 to adult, but specialize in working with children and adolescents. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral and emotional issues, family and relationship struggles, and self-esteem struggles. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your feelings, build confidence, and develop the tools you need to cope with whatever life throws your way.
I take an approach that’s flexible and tailored to each person’s unique needs. Whether it’s learning new ways to manage stress, improving communication skills, or finding clarity in life decisions, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey.
I work under the supervision of a licensed professional counselor and am always looking to grow and learn more to better serve my clients. If you’re looking for someone who will support you with empathy and without judgment, I’d be honored to work with you.
