About Me:

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with resilience and insight. With a foundation in evidence-based practices and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey, I provide a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.

My approach is integrative, drawing from various modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. I believe in tailoring my approach to meet the specific needs and goals of each client, fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust and empathy.

I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and issues related to self-esteem and identity. Additionally, I have experience working with individuals facing life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress management.

Everyone has the capacity for positive change and growth. By exploring patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving, clients can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and develop effective strategies for achieving their personal and relational goals.

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental environment where you are truly heard and understood. Together, we will work collaboratively to identify your strengths and empower you to overcome obstacles, leading to a more fulfilling and balanced life.

I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your journey towards greater well-being and resilience.
