About Me
I am an Associate Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I received my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor of Science from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton. I specialize in working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorders, and social anxiety. I also work with those who have Autism and ADHD. I work with clients ranging from ages 4 to adult. When appropriate, I incorporate parents into therapy when working with children and teens.
My therapeutic approach is Non Directive and Directive Play Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. I also integrate Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) based on each client’s needs.
I look forward to helping you grow in this journey of healing. I would be honored to work alongside you.
